2. Product functional requirements
2.1 Configure a dedicated
installation and adjustment insulation workbench, where components of the power management system can be assembled.

2.2 Use lithium iron phosphate power batteries to configure a dedicated battery pack and connection terminals that can meet the requirements of power battery testing and training. Each unit module consists of 6 individual batteries, with a total of 4 modules; There is a detection panel installed on the insulated workbench, which can detect and analyze faults in the BMS master and slave modules.
2.3 Adopt vehicle grade maintenance switches, which can be used for assembly and circuit wiring training of maintenance switches;
2.4 Adopting the national standard communication protocol, the BMS management system dynamically collects 24 individual battery voltages, battery pack temperatures, and other data in real time. Through the data bus, touch screen display, and digital software, SOC values, battery cell voltages, charging and discharging currents, total voltage of the power battery pack, temperature, and other data can be dynamically displayed in real time, including the highest voltage, lowest voltage, highest temperature, and lowest temperature of each individual battery. It can detect the individual cells and temperatures with specific numbers in the battery pack, including the highest voltage, lowest voltage, highest temperature, and lowest temperature.
2.5 The internal resistance tester can be used for sorting individual cells, and the battery balancer can be used for balancing training of individual cells;
2.6 Configure the national standard AC-DC charging interface and on-board charging module, which can be used for charging machine installation and adjustment. After installation and adjustment, the system can be charged through a charging station;
2.7 Configure high voltage contactors for charging and discharging, and provide teaching and training on the installation and wiring of high voltage contactors;
2.8 Configuring the DC/DC module allows for teaching and training on the installation and wiring of the DC/DC module;
