This bench integrates the three core electric control systems of new energy vehicles: the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Motor Control Unit (MCU), and Battery Management System (BMS). It provides hardware schematics and software source code for VCU, MCU, and BMS, enabling students or engineers to modify the code and conduct secondary development and verification based on the provided software and hardware platform.
The bench includes a motor dynamometer platform capable of operating with four-phase motor lines. Equipped with a dynamic torque sensor, the motor dynamometer platform can measure key parameters such as motor torque, speed, power, and efficiency in real-time, offering the full functionality of a motor dynamometer.
The bench is equipped with a 36-cell lithium iron phosphate battery and a self-developed BMS, enabling the BMS to monitor the battery's voltage, temperature, and current.
