This bench integrates the three core control systems of new energy vehicles: the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Motor Control Unit (MCU), and Battery Management System (BMS). It provides hardware schematics and software source code for the VCU, MCU, and BMS, enabling students or engineers to modify the code and perform secondary development and verification based on the provided hardware and software platform.
The bench includes a motor dynamometer platform capable of operating with four-phase motor lines. Equipped with a dynamic torque sensor, it can measure key parameters such as motor torque, speed, power, and efficiency, offering full functionality equivalent to a motor dynamometer.
The bench is equipped with a 36-cell lithium iron phosphate battery and a self-developed BMS, capable of monitoring battery voltage, temperature, and current.
The VCU, MCU, and BMS on the bench are developed using the industry-leading V-shaped development process, with algorithms modeled in MATLAB and auto-generated into code, meeting the automotive industry's requirements for rapid development and iteration.
